    We are also delighted to provide as much help and information as we can, including further pictures of items where you have serious interest, but would just like to make absolutely certain prior to committing to buy.

    We will also list some items that we have not yet worked on, so that you might like to acquire them and put your passions, interests, flair (and a lot of love!) into them yourselves., either as a one off project or, perhaps, the start of something you might grow into your own business.     Delivery to UK only. Non UK buyers please get in touch for a quote. If you are in the Nottinghamshire area and would prefer to collect please get in touch.

    Refunds and Exchanges:
    If you are not happy with your item please contact us directly and return the item within 3 days after delivery. Once the item has been received by us in perfect unused condition we will then refund within 14 days. We are unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved unless the item is faulty for the UK and we are unable to refund any postage internationally unless the item is faulty.
    Items’ returned from anywhere as faulty, and found not to be will be returned to the buyer at the buyer expense.

    Duchess pottery was first established in 1888

    This classic shaped Trio set is painted with pastel pink semi-double roses surrounded by silvery grey foliage and trimmed with gold gilt around the gently scalloped rims of plates and cup, including footline and handle.

    Measurements: Ripon style Cup is 8.5cm (3.5”) in diameter across the rim and 7cm (2.75”) in height; Saucer is 14cm (5.5”) in diameter; Plate is a 16.5 cm (6.5”) square.

    We will also list some items that we have not yet worked on, so that you might like to acquire them and put your passions, interests, flair (and a lot of love!) into them yourselves., either as a one off project or, perhaps, the start of something you might grow into your own business.     Refunds and Exchanges:
    If you are not happy with your item please contact us directly and return the item within 3 days after delivery. Once the item has been received by us in perfect unused condition we will then refund within 14 days. We are unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved unless the item is faulty for the UK and we are unable to refund any postage internationally unless the item is faulty.

  • Gorgeous set of 5 Art Deco Thomas Hughes & Sons Ltd 1930s bowls

    A gorgeous set of 5 beautifully painted Art Deco bowls by Thomas Hughes & Sons Ltd from the early 1930s.

    Beautiful colourful flowers on a creamy yellow background.

    There is one small chip to one of the plates, the others are all in perfect condition.

  • Stunning Edwardian Creamer Jug Wedgwood & Co Ltd c.1908-1925

    Here is a gorgeous little Edwardian creamer jug, with a lovely delicate handle and beautiful painted flowers.

    Going by the pottery Mark, the introduction of “Ld” to Wedgwood & Co’s name was in 1900, and the unicorn was registered in 1910. In 1925 the pottery stamp changed to a different design. I do love a bit of pottery date research! 🙂

  • Beautiful Edwardian W.H.Grindley & Co Ltd “Ivory” Gravy/Sauce Tureen with Ladle and Saucer

    Here is the most gorgeous little Edwardian gravy or sauce tureen with its own china ladle and saucer to sit on. This is by W.H.Grindley & Co Ltd and is part of their Ivory range – this design is St Clair.

    It has delicate floral painting and gold edging, with some lovely detailing to the handle.

    A beautiful addition to your collection and your table!

    Here is a lovely and very usable gravy boat with attached drip saucer from the 1930s – made by Grindley, England in the Cream Petal stage.

    A lovely pale cream/off-white colour with some lovely self-patterned detailing of flowers and dots.
